Air Con in a Mk1? Anyone done it?

G'day Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has done an AC conversion to their Mk1?

I am looking at doing 12 months of travel with my wife, 8 month old baby and 13 year old dog next summer in Australia and reckon the heat will be a bit much for the girls and I to have a nice time.

Thinking one of vintage air under dash units might be the go?
