16" wheels for a mk2?

Hi Folks,
My mk2 swb motorhome has piddly 14" wheels.

I've experimented with landrover wheels and adapter plates but I'm not happy with the arrangement.

Does anyone here know if later transit wheels in either 15 or 16", 5 stud will fit?

I'm pretty sure Transit Custom and MK8 wheels will fit & come in 15" & 16"
Unlike MK6/7 wheels, they are studcentric which i assume MK2s are but they have 14mm studs so you would need wheelnuts with a larger taper.
They are common and cheap enough to buy one to experiment with.

yep the Custom wheels are the same stud pattern, but offset will be wrong so will need a fairly thick spacer/adaptor I imagine. And by then, you may as well swap the bolt pattern on the adaptor to something more available!.....

MK2 wheels are 5.5Jx14 ET39.5
Custom wheels are 6.5Jx15 (or 16) ET60

Hi , mk 8 wheels 16 inch fitted directly on to my Mk 1 transit campervan. Get the nuts for the mk8 wheels as well.
