Spare parts to Lucas 31D distributor

I'm looking for spare parts to my Lucas 31D distributor.

I would like to replace everything including rotor, points, capacitor and distributor cap. But I find it hard to locate the correct parts for this one. Would it be easier to replace the whole distributor?

Searching at Autodoc, I find the following recommendations:
capacitor: QUINTON HAZELL XCON75 (though it says it's for Motorcraft)

points: QUINTON HAZELL XCS117 (this one is marked Lucas)

Some searches suggest a Bosch distributor cap and rotor, but this can't be correct, can it?
