Welcome rottie, take a good look for rot on the chassis, horse boxes have a habit of hanging around in fields so can catch a lot of damp, but a 67 is rare enough, and it would be suprising if it had no rot at all! Good luck, and keep up posted!

Could this be a gown van conversion? Nothing to do with a horse box, the body is either meant as a camper or as I just said. Looks very tidy, go for it!

My guess is its a specialist coachbuilt - must be rare ive never seen one like that before!! apparantly the early mk1s has thicker chassis - dont know if its true but my 67 has held up pritty well for nearly 40 years outside!!!
Camper looks great btw!! :D

Whenever im buying twin wheelers (they wont fit on my trailer) if i cant drive them i tow them using a rigid towbar that i made in about 5 mins!!
:D
30mm box about 5' long with an exhaust clamp at one end to fit over the towbar and a flat plate with 2 bolts at the other - clamps over the axle beam!! i think its even legal on the motorway!! just need a mate to go with you!! :D
