Hand brake possy.

Postby cad69 » Sun Nov 20, 2005 6:34 am

Hi Guys

Anyone found that the handbrake lever is too low? Mind you I have well padded high back seats which may well be causing the problem. Anyone know of a simple conversion to a higher lever? Problably doesn't help that you have to reef on the thing so hard.

What happens if you do a handbrake turn in a tranny..... probably fall over . I'm not game to try, must be getting old.

I don't bother using the handbrake! It's to far away!

If its anything like the MK2 unit im sure you could make a steel extension for it to sit on and just extend the rod that goes from the lever to the pivot under the floor :?:
