40th Birthday happenings

Lots of things going on this year and Ford have sent Transit stuff to the papers, Radio and TV stations in the last month to get them to run items about the van. As a start did anyone get the four page history story in the sun week before last,,,,,,,,,, Two TV slots last week about people who owed Transit in the first month it was made. I am trying to keep on top of it by saving this history but its hard so if you here of bit on TV coming up please post it here ( Hope that’s OK ),,,,,,,,, Top gear are talking about a full lenth program on the van, I have been speaking to them today about the history it will be about about famous people that have owned Transits and Pop groups that used them and so on. I will let you know when its on, ( Mid June I think at the moment) Talk sport this week are doing transit stuff early in the morning in a deal with ford and the CV show in Birmingham 5th to the 7th,,,,,,,,,,, WAIT FOR IT,, I am on Tuesday morning 6.30am talking, I hope about the van, as I know what they are like when they interview people they try to trip you up all the time, its called good radio, don’t think so!!.. But will see. Need to save this Transit History for the webpage.
