Absolutely dreadful - I almost wish it was my heap of s**t instead of your lovely van. I would imagine that a fire of any ferocity will anneal much of the metal in a van, with no way to put that right. But I'm only guessing.

Im really sorry for you...... :( ....

But the first thing to find out with a car/van after a fire is to see if the body structure/floorpan has warped.

But plenty of vans go back on the road after a really bad engine fire..ect..

When the body/chassis has moved, that the end of the road really and i dont think your camper body looks that bad really. I noticed that most of the wood in the back is still there. So perhaps it didnt get that hot.

Looks like more heat got in the cabin, so if a new window and doors will fit in the their frames it may not be all that bad. But perhaps cheaper to buy another camper maybe?

Very best of luck with everything..

It looks as though little is intact but you are the only one who can really make a decision on wether it's restorable.
Can you let us all know what you decide to do?.I'm sure you are gutted and it must be soul destroying to see what was a great looking van reduced to this, but I'm also sure that there are lot of people on here who'd like to try and help with whatever action you decide to take.
