making mk2 look like mk1

iv been looking for a mk1 swb van but i cant find many and the few i have seen are more than i can afford or to rotton.
iv found a mk2 swb

Q. can i make a mk2 look like a mk1?
Q. how difficalt is it?

the work involved would be a nightmere!
everything is difrent on the front end!
inner wings,outer wings,bonet grill ,crossmember, engine , etc etc ,it could be done but would cost more that buying a mk1 !
there is alot of people looking for mk1,s now the price is going up and up all the time!

iv found a mk1 camper but its neally scrap but i think with all the spares i have i could make it good again. im just thinking whats better.
