Hi Folks.

I was coming home from doing a delivery in the Barnoldswick Lancashire area last Thursday afternoon when what i think was Donna's vivid pink Transit came towards me,If my memory serves me correct i think i was on the A629 at the time heading down towards Keighley. Anyway the driver spotted me from quite a way off and flashed there headlights and waved and i did wave back so i guess it was someone that recognised my Red Jumbo from either the shows or from pictures on here.

Hi Folks.

Nope sadly i could'nt make Transit mania as i'd had a very early start Friday morning with a 4am collection at East Mids Airport then i went up to Prestwick airport Friday night into Saterday morning for a 6am delivery,not getting home again until early afternoon Saterday.(Done the 600 mile round trip on 70litres of fuel) Got a couple of hours sleep them off to my mum's 80th birthday party which pretty much went on until 2am Sunday morning so as you can well imagion i was'nt in much of a fit state for an early alarm call come Sunday morning proper.

Dol and Donna it looks like your Transit has a twin! It did make me think why you'd be up that way on a Thursday afternoon and i did wonder why you'd taken your sunstrip/name banner of the windscreen but looking at the pictures from Transit mania it's still there so i guess i was'nt you then .Like i said the driver (who i did'nt get a close look at) flashed the lights when they were around 200yards away and i was the only other vehicle insight so lord knows who it was/is?
