silver transit in otley near leeds

i spotted a customized transit in otley , looked like an ex-rac but re-sparyed in silver with motorsport logos , 6 green marker lights on top front and a beacon bar on the back and private number plate

He says there his van is RAC

that looks like the van i saw , same style of beacon and the red markers are the same style as the front green
