W@nker with no brake lights?

Was behind a rusted old Mk5 in wednesbury today, bout 12.45. White van in front pulled up but i only just noticed as the brake lights didnt work, van needs a good was too.

Well mines blue not white and it was parked up off road in wednesbury at that time and never reappeared until 5pm so i am not guilty.

Didnt stop at chippy in town did it? If so then knowing the state of the chippy they had to be tatters as no one else would eat there.
