white SWB with wide wheels , luke????

spotted today swb low roof with wide wheels on the M62 coming from hull passing the howden turn off , just caught it going oppsite direction to me

ive got the banner across the top of my screen :!: i thought someone would have spotted me by now, perhaps im just not traveled enough :lol:
