Headlamp washers are a bit of a fashion accessory, they're not much good without wipers, which they don't fit on this

I must confess to being a bit surprised at the state of your front arches, for a W reg they're bad aren't they.
I take it Ford declined to honour their anti corrosion warranty on that one

Due to the vehicle being lifted on a two poster ramp while in their hands

When the sills were repaired, the paint was finished right over the front wheelarches.

They used an electronic paint depth measuring device and turned round to me and said, that is not factory paint on there and therefore your waranty is void Even though the repair was under the doors on both sides

I would've taken the matter further but unfortunately I had a very bad year (personnaly) and didn't bother

They Don't do bodywork in Hayes

But it wasn't far I'll post the details when I find them
They'd only just been approved to do Ford waranty work AND it showed

He thought I'd put the "boy racer" vent in the N/S wing
You could see he didn't want to take on the work And insisted that the whole door aperture on both sides would have to be changed

Aylesbury Ford were much more honest and open about the situation BUT because a report was already put in by the first garage, it makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to simply go ahead with the repairs

He would have definately repaired one side for me and I would have contributed to the other side of which there was stone chip damage
