Matt Black "The Sequel"

Postby AlanN » Mon Sep 17, 2007 8:59 pm

Is this a new craze?

I was in North Walksham in Norfolk a couple of weeks back and saw a Matt black MK3 swb with a red stripe around it... Oh some spots on the roof.
Then last week I saw another, not sure if it was a MK3-5 but LWB this time near Newmarket, Suffolk
and to top it off this week Ive seen another MK3 swb, again with a red stripe around it, no spots this time in Hockley Essex, mind you this one looked like hammerite

"Black Van Man" doesnt sound right to me!!! :?

The one you see in north walsham used to be my van and was originally green, the bloke i sold it to then sprayed it black badly.

Didnt think anyone would ever come into my home town from here its hard enough trying to explain to some people where norwich is let alone north walsham. :D

Ive been there twice since, installed some x-ray equipment in the vet behind the Police station. I have been keeping my eyes peeled for the van and camera phone ready.

Seemed to be there a lot lately, nice run up and the wifes family is from the area, well the area between Cromer and Aylsham, well in to her family research.
spotted a MK5 white hi-top with a dark blue grille parked outside a house with a boat next to when I got a bit lost.
