Mk 3/4? Ambulance with stickers A 470 last Friday

Driving to Merthyr/Brecon from the M4 last Friday at about 6.30ish a Mk3 or 4 Ambulance conversion looked like it had stickers on the back, single rear door passed me. I then passed him in traffic at a roundabout (gave him a toot on the siren ) He then passed me... his van goes up hills better than mine
