ex rac in rotherham

i spotted an ex-rac on forigen plates (think french) , it had circle windows on both sides

:? wow that strange do you think they bourt it here and took it home then came back for a visit or maybe they have them overthere but never herd of them haveing mk5 rac vans! :?
