1999 80 swb rust in rear floor
is this a common problem?
also the centre prop shaft bearing seems to only last about a year,is this usual?

any advice appreciated

The rear floor rusts normally due damage normally from people boarding it and screwing throught it. The centre prop bearing should last longer than that unless you're doing 300 000 miles a year that is! Try checking the UJs and the engine mounts.
