Hi
I’m trying to wire a buzzer alarm into the fuse box to remind me when I have left the headlights on, but I can’t find the correct fuse. I have put the headlights on and tried taking out the fuses 1 at a time to try and locate one which goes with the headlights, but they just stay on? I thought when I remove the correct fuse they would go out. Any ideas?

What age of a van have you got?
A mk5 has a warning beeper fitted as standard not sure about older vans.

1994, there is no beeper, and none on indicators either.

I have done it, turns out that it was the black lead I need to change fuse on. As the cigarette lighter remains live all the time.
