I have all the ignition and switch new plugged in see pic these two are quite thick so im assuming they came from near starter or switch. There is no hazards lights or ignition coming on

Hazard lights should work regardless off whether the ign is on/connected - but it looks like the indicator switch isn't connected? That would stop them working.

Check to see if the ign relay is in the fusebox, its a black one (key on the cover). Also check the fuses between the battery and the wing.

Is the ignition relay any of these see pic? Also is there a master fuse that controls everything? I had this witha twingo stolen they had robbed the main fuse which even turned off the hazards

Yes its the black one top left

The master fuses are the ones between the battery and the wing.

If you haven't got both sets of column switches the hazards won't work anyway

Thats the ign switch cable?

No its not normal for it to be cut - and would explain why you have no ignition circuit. Unwrap the shrouding around the rest of the cables attached to it and see if you can see whats left of the cable. I don't know off hand where that cable should connect

As said that black and red has been added by someone - I would be following the wires to see where it goes
