Hi folks , I have a 93 transit turbo diesel with faulty throttle position sensor , found it on eBay in Lithuanian site , tried to buy and it’s out of stock , any ideas who might have 1

You are 93, it's 95. May not fit.

Another seller claims that all electronic pedals are interchangeable.
I have a mechanical Bosch, so I don’t know if this is so. Maybe the competent guys will tell you.

Thanks for reply’s , mine is remote in engine bay, did think about fitting a pedal on mechanism , not sure if would work

I think I have a mk4 potentiometer somewhere - but I haven't seen it in a long time

Would you mind putting a picture of it up? When I looked at it I thought an early mk5 pedal (I have these in stock) could be cannibalised for the actual potentiometer unit...

I'm not sure, since I do not have an electronic pump, but in old models of the gas pedal position sensor, there is one potentiometer, and since 95, there are two potentiometers, the resistance of one decreases when you press the pedal, the resistance of the second increases.
This reduces the likelihood of error in determining the position of the gas pedal.
