Postby joinerman » Fri Dec 10, 2021 10:05 pm

Noticed a yellow with some squiggly lines through it flickering warning light today under the temp gauge, it's a 98 2.5 turbo
I only have a Haines manual which tells me b***er all.

Still got problems with this, no water in the filter so assuming it’s a sensor, where does it live and what does it look like

It should be mounted under the fuel filter, but as most of these don't work properly, many have been removed, so you may have a stray redundant wire touching (in that area).

Look for a plug laying on or around the starter motor.
I had the wiring but the filter didn't support the feature on my last van.

Got water/moisture in the dangling plug and it threw the WIF light on the dash
