I found the cause of low boost pressure and crackling during acceleration - I forgot to tighten the clamp on the rubber pipe connecting the turbine to the manifold!
Today I was driving from the dacha, at the exit from Vyshgorod there is a small hill, which I like to climb with acceleration.
At 5 speeds, the boost pressure reached 1 atmosphere - as usual.
