AC relay location 1997 for transit if there is one?

Ac clutch not engaging, the ac light does not illuminate also when pushed in. Thanks for any help on what to do.

The first things to do when the A/C isn't working is to make sure that the system is fully gassed, and that the main A/C fan is working.

It's often hard to diagnose A/C faults because everything in the system is "daisy chained" and one thing not working stops everything else functioning so the system doesn't even try powering up.
