Looking for a new propshaft

Postby markvtransit » Thu Dec 07, 2023 8:53 pm

I am looking for a preferably new propshaft for my Mk5 Transit motorhome. I have tried Bailey Morris, but they don't have one.

It is quite long at 92" or 2.340metres. It is a 3-section shaft.

Does anyone know where I might get one?

Thanks
Pete.

There available on eBay uk last time I looked, was around £360 if I remember correctly for the lot.
Probably shipping on top depending where you are.
Failing that you could get yours rebuild but would be more than £360 if all the joints are bad going by how much it cost me to get a engineer to replace a single joint on mine.
Was £120 cash and he wasn’t happy at that

I can see removeable circlips, so they should be easily replaceable, so long as the UJ's are available to buy :)
