The Bosch pump pulley with a low 2.5 mm tooth has three fixing bolts, the Bosch pump pulley with a high 3.5 mm tooth has 4 fixing bolts and a different size of the center hole.
Bosch pulleys can be replaced together with a hub pressed onto the pump shaft without a key, so installation errors are possible.
It is very likely that Bosch and Lucas pump hubs are not interchangeable.
I think it is easier to find and replace the crankshaft pulley and camshaft pulley for a high tooth belt.
I did that.

Hello,
My transit is from 1990, 2.5di, LucasPump , will I have to replace the crankshaft and camshaft pulleys to put a Bosh injection pump ?

I recently updated my mk3 motorhome to the mk5 timing belt, I changed the crank camshaft pulleys to mk5 a straight swap. The Bosch mountings would not work with the older Lucas pump but luckily the tapper is the same so on it went with no key. It is working fine must have got the timing right as it goes really well. Had to go that way as can not get the older belts in NZ

Sorry, I can't understand your answer .
My transit is from 1990, 2.5di, LucasPump , will I have to replace the crankshaft and camshaft pulleys to put an old Bosh mechanical injection pump ?
Please, what else do I need ? Tubulures (Tubes ) ?
Also my lucas DPS 671 has 2 throttle cables, and the bosh seems to only have one place to put the throttle cable.
Thanks a lot.

On an EPIC - yes with a little bending they are fine...

But if you are converting to a bosch from a CAV you need the Bosch pipes - as 2 of the pipes are reversed

I no this is an old post but iv been trying to find info and you seem to be the man lol.what to pipes need to be reversed??any info would be good thank you
