14' Wheel Covers/Trim Question

Bought some 14' wheel covers yesterday for my 1997 smiley but just could not get them to stay on, however on my 2003 MK6 Transit they fitted OK, might just just the make of product, next place that sell different make is 40 miles away, long way to go if going to have same problem. dont really want to use two cable ties for each cover. anyone had this problem, Cheers

You didn't buy 14" covers, but definitely bigger ones. Mk6 comes with 15" steel rims as standard. Possibly 16" aluminum.
