So is there a blockage somewhere....?? ie causing higher pressure for pump to pump into or is the thing faulty...3000km after installation

Remove the filter and get someone to spin the engine over on the key fuel should pi55 everywhere if it doesn't theirs probably a blockage, have you got the pipes on the right way round on the lift pump ?

it has done 7000km on the current lift pump
