Mk4 Fuel Tank Sender Unit

Hi,
Does anyone know if the mk4 fuel tank sender unit (fitted into the top of the fuel tank), has an auxilliary fuel take off capping- as in the mk6 onwards model's.
I'm investigating fitting a dip pipe, to route to a diesel heater.
I don't want to use any type of auxilliary diesel tank, similar to the ones that come with the heater kits.

No there are only outlet and return pipes, but the top of the unit is flat and there is plenty of room to make a hole for a a fuel pipe.

The vast majority of them didn't. But a few (very few - just those with factory diesel heater) had a take off in the sender (I have one).

There is nothing to stop you dropping the tank and removing the sender and adding a stand pipe too it though? On my ones with diesel heaters I just Tee'd off the pipe between sender and lift pump
