mark 5 power steering hose pump to rack

Have a MK3 swb which probably 15 years ago I fitted a power steering rack and pump off I believe a Mark 5.
Hose/pipe looks to have rusted through.
Have done a quick online search for a repacement but nothig coming up.
Anyone know where I might be able to get one or have one made up?

Passes MOT regularly without too much hassle.

Pirtec will probably be able to help but not cheap better trying local hydraulic specialists or a agricultural tractor company
