FORD TRANSIT DIFFERENTIAL/REAR AXLE

Postby seers » Tue Nov 29, 2005 5:35 pm

Hi my minibus got noisy in the rear axle I could do with a bit of advice and heeellllllllllllllllp so that I can have a go at doing it myself as money is tight this close to christmas and my large family are missing the bus!!!. Has anyone out there fitted a rear back axle or diff to a 1991, 1993cc, petrol Ford Transit Minibus or would happen to have a workshop manual with the fitting and reconditioning instructions so that I can have a go. Many Thanks

I think you'd be better changing the whole axle for a good 2nd hand one. have a look underneath, they are easy to change.
