transit clutch problem

just put new clutch in my 1996 lwb 100 semi hitop and no better its still clunking in to gear ! any help out there can the arm bend ? put new berring in and think i got it fully ajusted it seems to be near the housing and ithink it should be a bit away help! lol

i think the syncro is up the poo

check the oil is good and up to the level in the box

i tryed a new arm in the box but didnt work cost 67 pound new clutch 70 now the new arm is rubbing on clutchhousing when foot right down in cab im done in with this done easy 30 of these clutches it just looks like it needs a bigger frus bearing to space it a bit more away from housing as it still clunks in to gear as if its not open enough to put in gear any help out there any one near aantrim in n.ireland to help ???????????ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lol

will try the oil in box changed it twice now had the box out three times now head done in lol
