Blind for the Windscreen

I'm trying to source a roller blind that I can fit to the windscreen of my K-reg transit. Mainly to cut down the heat of the sun inside the cab (not while driving obviously!!) I'd ideally want to mount it sideways on the passenger side and pull it across to be attached on the drivers side, but i'm not sure if it's practical or whether it would just sag.

Does anyone know a specialist supplier of blinds for vans/motorhomes? I've looked at several different blind suppliers but none are suitable because of the fittings they use they would just fall off while driving. I've been told i'd need a spring loaded roller blind like the small ones you can get for car windows, anyone know where??

I have never seen one could you mount a normal curtan track near the sun visors and use curtains and some co-ordinating tie backs for the sides when not in use

I definitely don't want curtains!! I found these :

but it says they are for a fiat, peugeot etc i'll have to measure the windscreen and see if there's one that would fit. They come from the top by the looks of it, which isn't a massive problem provided the enclosure fits infront of the visors in the van and isn't some rattley noisey thing.

That looks good mate, but for 100 quid you had better get some measurements of the windscreens in those other vehicles to see if they are very close to the transit size before you buy

I think FFiam or whatever ther called do one for the Sevel vans that might fit. Probally cheaper than the seitz gear. Have you tried the Van Shop ?

I've just emailed the vanshop.com to ask about them, I couldn't se any on the website but they might know of a supplier.
