mondeo/transit speedo

ive just got a set of clocks from a mondeo diesel Nreg with the rev counter to upgrade my transit to have a rev counter , this set from the mondeo was the eletric speedo type , my transit is Sreg 150 td with the eletric speedo , i swap everything over and the rev counter worked and all the lights did too , but the speedo never worked
anyone any idea why the speedo never worked??

i got another set of clocks from a mondeo which worked , when i put them in my transit the speedo and the fuel wasnt working , rev counter works and all the light work too this is the 2nd one ive bought
