Passenger Door Vin Plate

I am in the process of exporting my 2000 190LWB tipper to France. The french authorities have asked me to fill out a document using the info. on the passenger door vin plate. Can anyone tell me what all these numbers and letters mean? Obviously I know the 1st one is the Vin number but the rest I am not sure of. Any help gratefully appreciated.
