Eberspacher expert required

Bought my Ex NHS wheelchair minibus some time ago ,When i got it everything apart from night heater worked and it does have quite a lot of extras bolted on .When switch on dash is turned to on position all that happened over a couple of hours was a drip of diesel onto road under van ,The heater assembly is mounted under van unlike my other van where it is between the front seats .Firstly i wondered if because it has a leak wether that is stopping heater pressurising hence not firing up ,secondly do any eberspacher experts live in my area and would be able to have a look in return for beer tokens ,i am in Rochdale Gtr Manchester.
