setting tappets on 1996 2.5D

Hi .

I have a 1996 transit 2.5D and after cam belt failure have occured bent pushrods,I have fitted a new Timimg belt kit/ fitted in the pins on crankshaft etc to fit and had it running but had poor running in 4th and 5th/lack of power and smoking so checked the rods and all bent.
when I get delivery of these and fit them ,is this a straight forward fit x8 rods back in,I have taken out the old rods so after placing new ones in and fitting back rocker arm do i have to :

Questions:
Do I have to Fit back in any pins on Crankshaft or any other pullys or do anything before I set up the clearances on the valves as I don't want it to bend the new push rods.
