Problems with my servopump?

Hi, i've a 1990 Transit 2,5 diesel, the problem is that when i turn the steeringwheel there i a noise comming from the servopump and a chaking on the steeringwheel, i've changed servooil, but no help in that either.... is the pump broken? -anyone with some answers or ideas on this item??

When you say the "servo pump" do you mean for the steering? cos the servo is on the brakes, think it might be lost in translation.... The power steering pump may be shaking which is probably the bearing inside the pump.
