My new tipper

Im picking up a mk5 tipper today that has some rust issues(surprise) I need the chassis repaired for the mot and soon after i would like new arches and wings.
Any idea how much it costs to have wings and arches changed,and can anyone recommend a welder in southampton, the chassis welding will be just plates over the top to get it through an mot but after i would like to remove them and sort out the thing properly as and when i can afford it.
Also how much would it cost to respray the thing?
