HEATED REAR SCREEN

Postby Bago » Wed Dec 23, 2009 5:56 pm

Hi,

I have a heated front screen, but this question is about the heated rear screen (it's a tailgate Custom model). The switch is on the right of the steering wheel next to the rear cab light switch. It should light up but doesn't and the rear screen doesn't work. Fuses are OK. Any ideas?

Cheers

We don't know what van you have. If its a '95 - 00 then try swapping round the heated front and rear screen relays to see what happens...

The H.R.W. timer relay is the extreme right hand one in the middle row of the fusebox. Fuse F 16 feeds it - third from right in bottom row of fuses. Either failing will stop the warning light coming on. I think the rear window and screen relays have different time settings.
