Eberspacher Ticking

Hi

Can anyone tell why I hear a ticking noise when the heater is running?

Also if you can, where is the sound coming from?

I cannot for the life of me locate the source of the sound.

Hi,

I've just got an Ex-BT van complete with the Eberspacher D2. I can get air to blow out but not heated, and it makes a ticking noise. Guessing it's a fuel pump of some kind as mentioned above, If so is this ticking normal?
Does it run off the main diesel tank?

yes, from tank, but should get hot tho after 2min.??

Anyone know how do you get the air out of the system, it doesnt seem to be stopping it working, but the ticking is just too loud, its like chinese torture.... none of the clips etc is touching any metal etc. Also anyone know if going in through the 'sender' with the 'drinking tube' the bung on the top of the drinking tube should be push right down the sneder tube or just sit on the top.? THANKS

rap it with thick padding and check the rubber mount. this link might help.
