????? Warning light flickering..

My new van has no paperwork with it and the haynes doesnt mention any additional warning lights.... But on the way home today a little yellow light from a panel below the instruments flickered on/off for a couple of miles...

It looks like a coolant header tank in a yellow colour, 2nd from the right I think????

Can anyone identify this one, and what its trying to tell me.

Water in the fuel filter warning light.

There should be a yellow (I think) drain plug on the bottom of the filter. Undo this to drain the water.

Already changed fuel filter a couple days ago. Will go and drain it again to see if its picked anything up.
