18 MPG From My MK4

Postby bodgit0_0 » Mon Mar 08, 2010 7:07 pm

:?: Did the first long journey with a triple axle car trailer complete with car and the van returned 18MPG??

Around town and tinkering its more like 27 ish. Is 18 right or should I be looking for a problem??

Cheers

I average around the 25mpg mark in my MK5 190 LWB HR with a loaded twin axle car trailer :D

Without it, I'm getting around 28mpg local and 35mpg on a run.

yup when I'm dragging my shed about, my mpg is about 25 mpg. Ironically thats the same as without, because I can't thrash the pods off of it to get it do 70mph
