ford a4ld automatic transmission problems

right i put starter motor in and when i turnede the key it just sounded like something jaming anyway i tock the inhibiter switch out as ide tryed all the auto slector gears and still doing same so looks like tacking the box back of bloody thing now looking on ebay for a manual flywheel and mt75 gear box or type9 car fitment :evil: :lol:
I'am the only man with no dad as i was created in a chemical spillage in a factory

Blaming the poor little (massively heavy :evil: :lol: ) transmission now :?: :roll:

So is the starter motor not engaging the teeth in the flywheel :?:
Is the flywheel on the right way round :?:
Have you mixed up the starter motors or fitted a faulty one :?:

its a two bolt jobby from a 2.8 carpri

oh and tryed turning the engine manualy with a breaker bar on the front pully :lol:
