1st post 1st van need help

hi i have just bought an R reg an the guy says its a mk 5 and an 80 which basically means nothing to me

and i am looking for a new control for my interior fan as theres heat coming through but the fan wont switch on . i am also looking for a new handle for the rear door as it seams to be hangin off and wont open unless i use my trusty screwdriver from inside which is a bit of a pain already and i only had it a week lol
and also i would like some advice about replacing the front seats as there kinda torn up and i cant seem to find any parts on net

does the fan work on setting 3? if so its the resistor thats shot (about £20)

cool thanks and the switch is completely burnt out , tbh its in 2 pieces at mo behind dashboard but when i kinda hotwired the terminals the fan kicked in with setting 3 only and one of the other terminals switched a relay but wont know anything else till a get a new switch fitted
