TDI Deisel pump tune up complete with pics etc

Hi- I have just blown my engine, (100TD) and had a S/H 76ps replacement fitted (Banana) rattles like b***er, was a shocking starter (flat batteries all over the garage) and smoked badly. I did all that was suggested on here to erradicate the problem, ie- changed the engine oil/filter/fuel filter/ even leaned off the Bosch pump ( anti clockwise) as per pics on here somewhere ( andyg has them i think + tuning guide)
I dont know if you will be reading this Andy, but I did have similar problems about 18 months ago, and you helped and sent me the diagrams for the pump re-tune etc, and asked me at the time to do a step by step (pics an all) of the work carried out. Unfortunately, by the time i read your mail, the van was almost back together. However, I remembered your request from last time, and would like to return the favour and help you gave , so i have taken pics step by step, so if you would like I will be uploading these in the next day or two if anyones interested, as we have lots of relevent 'bits' on here, but not the complete proceedure. I have taken pics right from stage 1- ie taking grill off ect
