I'm following WildGoose's
Change your 2.5DI Timing Belt - How To Mk 3, 4 + 5

Both Willdgoose and the Haynes say the bolts should be tightened to specific torque settings
but I can't find the settings in Haynes, (only water pump pully bolts)
can anyone help please?

Haynes manual has the settings in the Cooling section Chapter 3.
Water Pump retaining bolts:-
M10 bolts 40-51 nm or 30-37 lbf/ft.
M 8 bolts 11-15 nm or 8-11 lbf/ft.
Water Pump retaining bolts:-
M10 bolts 40-51 nm or 30-37 lbf/ft.
