Adjust free play

Sorry for all the questions folks :D Just wanted to know where the adjuster is for the steering changed ball joint and the squeaking has stopped phew but still some play in the steering.

I TAKE IT ITS A MK3 WITH A STEERING BOX, SLACKEN THE NUT ON SIDE AND WIND IN THE SCREW A BIT, BEEN A WHILE SO CANT REMEMBER IF ITS A SCREW BUT YOU WIND SOMETHING IN LOL, ALSO GREASE IT UP ON THE NIPPLES

There is no adjustment on a steering rack, as far as I know :?

check to make sure the universal coupling in the engine bay is all ok as the nut and bolt by the blukhead joint can come loose..

No way adjusting it....... If you've changed the tie rods and there's still play, it'll be in the rack body.

What year is the Transit?
