Hi all I have a Transit Mk3 1989

I guy I know is brakeing up a mk4 1998 I was think about turning the front of mine in to a bubble front
do you know how easy it is ie is it just changing the bits over like lights ect is there any snags along the way

The panels, including the headlamp mounting panels are all different :!:
Defo not as straight forward as it may seem :!:
