door lock woes

the drivers door lock on my swb smiley can only be opened buy the red key??? so i thought that maybe the other keys were just worn, so i got a new replacement key (from ford ) but i still have the same problem as the new key locks/unlocks all the doors and starts the van but will not open the drivers door??

whenever i face door lock problems i simply contact locksmith as he may know the best
