Will these wheels fit?

Hi can anyone tell me if these wheels will fit on to a 1995 SWB Transit 80? 6.5JX 16H2 ET50........6M21-1007-BB...........RONAL1454.
Apparently they are from a 56 plate Galaxy.

PCD and offset are different I think :?
